Plate 104 in Domeny de Rienzi's book. French edition (1835-36), has same plate and has the additional information that Danvin was the copyist.Chavannes engraved the French version, but the engraver for the Italian version is not given (it may also have been Chavannes). The image is copied from the picture by F H Kittlitz, who accompanied the voyage of Feodor Litke/Lutke in 1826-29. This appears as plate 21 in Litke's "Voyage autour du monde 1826-29" (1835-36).
