Scope note
Traditional usage: land in dispute. Contemporary usage: iwi/tribal lands confiscated by the government after the land wars. Used to describe content in the Waitangi Tribunal reports, Raupatu Bank Documents collection, Māori land law, Māori land history, New Zealand land law.
