Comprises scenes at various ceremonies in Christchurch City to commemorate those who died in the 22 February 2011 Canterbury earthquake. Taken on 23 February 2013 by Photographer Ross Becker.

Includes children with artwork at Estuary Pre-School, South Brighton, flower tributes at Redcliffs School and at the site of CTV building.,

Includes scenes at the Civic Memorial Service in Latimer Square showing New Zealand Army Band playing, crowd watching large screen, media filming and interviewing John Key, three woman wearing CERA high visibility vests, people placing wreaths on temporary memorial cross, New Zealand flag nearby, two people wearing Jewish caps at temporary memorial, man on mobility scooter in crowd, the Transitional Cardboard Cathedral building under construction across the road on corner with Hereford Street, assembled bereaved family members, survivors, politicans and dignitaries which include Prime Minister John Key, Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Minister Gerry Brownlee, Christchurch Mayor Bob Parker and Wife Joanna Nicholls-Parker, Labour Party Leader David Shearer, Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Associate Minister Amy Adams, Ngai Tahu Representative Sir Mark Solomon, Japanese Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs Minoru Kiuchi, John Key holding a black poodle dog and talking with others.

Includes scenes at CTV site and close up views of memorial tributes, Japanese couple writing message on stone, pile of stones with messages on them and flowers, messages written on photographs tied on to fences and poles, flowers in traffic cones on Anzac Drive, New Brighton, and at Estuary Road, outside South Brighton School, lines of traffic cones on Bridge Street bridge, chalk memorial drawing on wall on Cannon Hill Crescent.
