Description

Shows two knives beside a filleted fish which is just head, bones, and tail. One knife is labelled, IRD, and the other knife is labelled, Ministry of Social Development. Refers to a collaboration between the Ministry of Social Development and the Inland Revenue Department, which saw the cancellation of over 500 people's benefits due to welfare fraud.
