Shows Prime Minister John Key wearing a smiley face with fangs as he announces changes to his cabinet line-up. Refers to Key's nickname as, 'the smiling assassin,' from his time in the banking industry, where he was said to have maintained his usual cheerfulness while firing staff at Merrill Lynch. (See Metro issue 286, April 2005) In January 2013, Key announced changes to his cabinet, where he removed Kate Wilkinson and Phil Heatley from their ministerial roles.
