Description

Shows Prime Minister John Key wearing a smiley face with fangs as he announces changes to his cabinet line-up. Refers to Key's nickname as, 'the smiling assassin,' from his time in the banking industry, where he was said to have maintained his usual cheerfulness while firing staff at Merrill Lynch.
