An arrangement of text interspersed with illustrations of a pair of huia at centre left, and a tui at the lower border, with clematis and rata. There is a coat of arms at lower left, featuring three huia feathers and the words: "Nga Rangatira; Kia ora Korua". At top right is the British coat of arms. The five stages of the programme are listed at the right, with mention of the Garrison Band.
