- Description
An athlete runs out of the frame and a signpost reading 'Delhi 2010' points in the opposite direction. Text above reads 'infectious' and below 'athlete's foot'. A second version changes 'athlete's foot' to athletes feet' and a third version has the text changed to 'athlete's foot it'. Refers to the desperate last minute rush in New Delhi to have the village ready in time for the opening of the 2010 Commonwealth Games on 3rd October. There has been such strong criticism of the incomplete and insanitary accommodation with a threat of terrorist attacks thrown in that many athletes and countries remained undecided about whether they would attend until the last minute. It appears now (30th September) that the Games will go ahead with most athletes deciding to attend.
