Description

A poor Indian stands in a slum in New Delhi just before the opening of the 2010 Commonwealth Games; he reads in a newspaper that India's Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit has been put in charge of the operation to have the games' village ready in time. He says 'Don't say a word..' Refers to the humour in her name. Refers to the desperate effort being undertaken by the Indian authorities to have the Games venues and accommodation ready in time for the opening on 3rd October 2010. The state of unreadiness had meant that various countries and individuals were still undecided about whether they should attend until just before the opening.
