- Description
In the first of two frames a workman driving a front-end loader asks Fiji's Prime Minister, Commodore Frank Bainimarama, where he wants the load of foreign aid deposited. Bainimarama replies that it should be dumped wherever it will best relieve Fiji's disaster. In the second frame the driver has dumped the large crate on top of Baimarama. Refers to the floods of January 2009 and also to the continuing problem of Frank Bainimarama's refusing to hold a democratic election in Fiji.
