Biography (3 pages) of his life, written in 1964. Also reminiscences (entitled Logbook) of his life up to 1916 as a sheep farmer on Mangateretere Station under John Lane for Nelson Bros Ltd, as manager of Hukanui and other Hawkes Bay sheep stations, and at Te Apiti. Description of 1897 floods and of people he worked with or met. Farm records, mainly of sheep and wool, at Swarthmoor, 1892-1894, made by Andrew Graham for Sunderland's father.
