Description

Two men fishing from a dinghy see the head of a huge octopus rising from the sea. They realise that the Foreshore and Seabed debate is once again on the agenda - one of them comments 'It's back'. Refers to the decision that the Foreshore and Seabed Act is to be repealed. The Maori Party have demanded it and National have accepted their demand.
