Shows American Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice, arriving in New Zealand. She is met at the airport by Foreign Affairs Minister, Winston Peters, who is cross-eyed with delight. He leaps in the air and allows his tongue to be used as a red carpet. Prime Minister, Helen Clark, is behind him and reminds him to mention the free trade deal. Refers to the pending visit to New Zealand by Condoleezza Rice. She will be hosted by Winston Peters who has struck up a relationship with her since meeting her in the United States. Helen Clark seems to think that in his excitement he might forget the most important reasons for the visitl, free trade etc.
