- Description
In two frames United Future leader, Peter Dunne, asks ACT leader, Rodney Hide, how the big parties reacted to the 'Code of Conduct' he proposed. Rodney Hide mischievously replies that the Code of Conduct prevents him from answering that question. Refers to the fact that Green, Maori Party, United Future and ACT MPs yesterday signed a voluntary code drawn up between them but National, Labour, and New Zealand First have spurned the code.
