Description: Shows three frames illustrating unrelated topics. The first frame shows a farmer looking out towards a road with heavy traffic. Text reads, 'Farmer Giles can tell it's Spring by... all the blooming fools appearing along the roads.' The second frame shows a man suspended from the roof of Parliament House and reads 'Bert's young hopeful wants to know if this is how Mr. Hanan was suspended from the House.' The final frame is titled 'In Spring a young man's fancy turns to thoughts of love, it's true, but as the years roll on, he learns that Spring means work - not woo!!' Peters is surprised to see Myles checking over the desk for hidden recording equipment Context: Myles re-entered parliament for a brief period during 1999, following the total breakdown of the New Zealand First/ National coalition government and the resignation of former NZ First MP-turned-Independent-minister in the National government Deborah Morris, over the prioritisation of military expenditure over social expenditure in the 1999 budget.
