Description

The cartoon shows Joe Karam the advocate for David Bain, who has been pronounced not guilty of the murder of his family, watching a television programme called 'The case against Robin Bain'. Robin Bain is the father of David Bain who died with the family but who many believe guilty of the murders. Joe Karam is indignant that the interviewee, Bryan Bruce, who is asking questions about Robin Bain, should be discounting evidence, discrediting evidence that doesn't fit, and undermining public confidence in the judicial process. He fails to consider the lengths to which he himself went to promote David Bain's case.
