- Description
The scene shows two men standing outside the office of Pete Hodgson, Minister for Climate Change. One of them, who is holding a brief case with the words 'Kyoto costs' on it, comments to the other that it got a lot warmer when he mentioned the $1 billion blow-out in calculations. From the half-open doorway various celestial bodies burst out. Refers to the blow-out earlier in the week when expected Kyoto credits turned to debits as a result of misunderstandings.
