Description

The image shows a huge block of ice on top of a structure of some sort. The ice which is labelled 'NZ/USA relations' has started to thaw and is dripping. The caption reads 'Global warming?' Refers to Prime Minister, Helen Clark's visit to Washington to meet President George Bush. The meeting was described as indicating that New Zealand relations with the United States is becoming warmer. There is also a play on words because of the anxiety over global warming in the literal sense.
