- Description
A man representing New Zealand tries to return to 'Returns and Exchanges' a bucket full of stinking refuse that represents the 'Foreshore and Seabed Act'. To his dismay the official at the counter hands over a dummy of Winston Peters, leader of New Zealand First - he really doesn't want an exchange, he just wants to return the rubbish. Refers to Winston Peters making his voice heard again after six months of silence - he has attacked the government for preparing to overturn the Foreshore and Seabed Act as a sop to the Maori Party.
