Franklin, James Robert 1883-1963 : The changing scene

Franklin describes his life, from childhood in the Herbertville/Wimbledon areas, giving details of his family and other pioneer families in the district, farming practices and day to day events in these communities and on his families farm at Bloomfield. He comments on local personalities and developments, political events and describes his introduction of aircraft to the district. A photograph of Franklin is attached to one of the first pages of the manuscript.
