- Description
Shows the words 'The penis mightier than the sword' with the ink from the last letter trickling down the page. Refers to the sacking of Dr Richard Worth, Minister of Internal Affairs by the prime minister from the cabinet. Richard Worth was sacked for the offering of jobs to a woman in return for sexual favours. There is a play on the proverb 'the pen is mightier than the sword' by running together 'pen' and 'is' to read 'penis' which refers to his behaviour.
