Manuscript map, with Maori only text, depicting Lake Rotorua, and lakes Rotoiti, Rotoehu, and Rotoma; several Maori tracks in the region. It specifies land beonging to Ngati Pikiao, Ngati Awa, Ngati Rangiteaorere, Ngati Whakaue, Ngati Rangiwewehi and Nga i Terangi. Other land belongs to Tarawhai, Uenukukopako, Tapuika, Kawerau, Tuwhare and Tarawhai. Maori tracks are named Paritangi, Tikipuna, Tearataukanihi, Tekaharoa, Tetahuna.
