Description

The cartoon has four frames. In each frame an invisible speaker makes an announcement about the recent problems suffered by David Parker, Minister of Energy, Minister of Transport, Minister Responsible for Climate Change Issues. David Parker was accused of making false declarations to the Companies Office, he resigned all his portfolios as a result but was quickly cleared and then re-instated. Act leader Rodney Hide tried to get as much mileage out of the situation as possible. In each of the four frames a detail of the story is announced and gleefully leapt upon by an 'outraged' Rodney Hide.
