Shows Winston Peters wearing a Chinese hat and walking away from 'Checkpoint Helen' that requires a passport to be ready for admittance. The border security officer points Peters in the opposite direction. Behind the checkpoint is a 'Coalition' building and two people (Helen Clark and Jim Anderton) can be seen raising wine glasses in celebration through a window. Refers to Peters being a xenophobic and missing out on a coalition agreement with Labour following the 2002 general election.
