Shows a man labelled P.R.L. (Political Reform League) using a sieve of Public Opinion to sift Seddon, who is broken down into a pile of Vanity, Arrogance, Heroics, Ignorance, Magniloquence, Bounce, Flapdoodle, Dramatic Piffle, Bombast, Bunkum, Tyranny and Tammany.

Tammany refers to the fraudulent election practices, the graft, the corruption and other abuses that often characterised the Tammany administrations in the USA in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
