Description

Shows on a film screen a very dissolute-looking Winston Peters standing at a podium addressing a New Zealand First conference. Money rains down on him and he clutches a wad of notes. Nearby sit Prime Minister Helen Clark and Minister of Finance Michael Cullen watching the performance on the screen and deciding that Winston Peters still isn't breaking any rules in the cabinet manual. Refers to Winston Peters being unable or unwilling to account for the donations made to his party.
