- Description
Shows politician Nick Smith trying to balance on a the scales of justice. Under each end of the scales Smith is ramming in to the ground a person. On one end is the Prime Minister Helen Clark and on the other is a judge. Refers to Smith being found guilty of contempt of court in March 2004. He had been asked to assist a consituent with a Family Court case and made a number of public comments which broke the court's confidentiality rules and was found to have pressured a witness in the case.
