A low waterfall, seen in the early evening, with dark bush on either side. Believed to be in the area near the headwaters of the Buller River, and painted at the same time as Fox's almost identical view for the New Zealand Company, located at B-113-010 "Te Mai at its junction with the Teraumai. 16 February 1846"
