- Description
Shows a small boy floating on a wooden raft in a stream in the Irrawaddy Delta in Myanmar. Alongside the raft float the corpse of a man and an elephant and the stream emits gas because of the decomposing bodies in it. Alonside the stream is a devastated landscape. Above hovers a helicopter from which a voice is heard rationalising that if supplies are delayed there will be less need for them. Refers to the catastrophic effects of Cyclone Nargis which struck on May 2, 2008 and the Myanmar military junta's resistance to international aid and their insistance but failure to manage themselves.
