- Description
Shows Labour MP, David Parker tripping as he attempts a high jump. In front of him on the landing mat is a heap of MPs who have already failed to leap high enough. In the background Prime Minister, Helen Clark hides her eyes in despair as the man beside her tells her that the bar is set pretty low already. Refers to Mr Parker's resignation of his roles as Transport, Energy and Climate Change Minister as well as Attorney-General after allegations he filed false documents with the Companies Office.
