Description

Finance Minister Michael Cullen wipes his brow after delivering his eighth budget. He wishes Joe Karam would spring him from the task. Refers to Joe Karam's crusade to get a retrial for convicted murderer, David Bain. In May 2007 the Privy Council granted the appeal saying there had been a substantial miscarriage of justice.
