Shows a queue of people representing different countries who are lining up with buckets to get a few drops of water from a tap in the middle of a desert. In the background is a volcano spewing out ash and smoke that represent the 'financial crisis'. First in the queue is American President George Bush, second is Angela Merkel the German Chancellor, third is the Icelandic leader. George Bush has the words 'bail out' on his bucket and he recommends patience as this might take a while. Refers to the global financial crisis which was initiated by the United States. Implies that George Bush will take the last remaining drops of water to bail out American banks.
