Description

'The Underzone' cartoon strip. In the first three of four frames a man is shown preparing for 'another day on the beat'. He has a can of mace, a truncheon, and a stab-proof vest. In the fourth frame it is revealed that this is not a policeman but a teacher preparing for his first class of the day. Refers to the increase in problem student behaviour.
