Shows Winston Peters, New Zealand First leader, strangling Rodney Hide, Act leader, in the Parliamentary docks during session time. A Television camera and a boom microphone are capturing the moment. A television director, behind the camera, says "Cut! Winston's Ad-libbing again!". Refers to the Ministers of Parliament wanting to control the television coverage in parliament after several embarrassing incidents of MPs 'acting up' were captured on camera.
