Description

Chiefly French scenes by W M Crompton also 8 early New Plymouth scenes; Taranaki scenes by daughter Amelia, possibly 1850s; watercolour of Crompton farm by Elizabeth Crompton, 1882

Two loose pencil sketches removed to A-036-016 and A-131-018. Supplied title.

Appears to have been the sketchbook of W M Crompton as a young man in France, with additional sketches of France by friends. Sketchbook taken over by his daughter Amelia in the 1850s
