Description: Comprises papers and photographs relating to the administration of Ngā Puna Waihanga, their national conferences as well as various projects such as exhibitions, festivals, and other activities. Title supplied by Library. Arrangement: The collection was arranged according to format, and organised primarily into papers, and photographs, and processed according to the Library's practices. When the papers were processed in 2009 they were arranged in three series and described to scant level, and the fourth series (for photographs) was added in 2018 and described to standard level. Ngā Puna Waihanga (New Zealand Māori Artists and Writers) was a national body which began in 1973. Processing information: This collection record was created in November 2018 which combined the manuscripts and photographs from the same provenance. Up until this time, the photographs had not been fully processed. The papers were processed in 2009.

Also includes related manuscript materials. Title supplied by Library. Arrangement: Delivered to the Library in a file box labelled "Te Roopu Manutake" and numbered "64". Negatives arrived at the Library organised in clear file sleeves by roll number.
