Digital cartoon by Jeff Bell on political and social issues in New Zealand and internationally. Cartoon depicts two arms shaking hands, one labelled ‘Govt’ and the other ‘Industry’ with animals watching in the background. A polar bear asks "Wow. Did they just agree on something useful?, a penguin asks "Wasn’t that hard, was it?", a seal says "I guess when people put aside their differences and work together they can get stuff done." and a second polar bear says "'Outrageous'".
