Digital cartoon by Sharon Murdoch on political and social issues in New Zealand and internationally. Cartoon depicts New Zealand First leader Winston Peters in a DeLorean car, similar to one in the 1985 film 'Back to the Future'. New Zealand First member Shane Jones stands next to the car holding a remote control. Peters says "Right, Shane, take me back to 1975 when men were men, and women knew what was good for them". Jones responds "Ok, boss, but take the handbrake off this time!". The caption reads: "Forward to the past".
