Description from cartoonist reads: "Cartoon depicts a wealthy supermarket owner in a top hat laughing and running away pushing a overloaded trolley overflowing with money bags labelled 'excessive profits' while saying "Our absolute priority remains making sure the food on our shelves is as affordable as possible for our customers" & " Mwa-hahaha!" while a Commerce Commission security guard ineffectually calls "Hey!" - title: 'Snatch & Grab Raider'".
