Description

Digital cartoon by Jeff Bell on political and social issues in New Zealand and internationally. Cartoon depicts Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison tipping his hat and greeting Jacinda Ardern. He says, "Saint Jacinda, darling of the global left, overly-cautious delayer of the trans-Tasman bubble, I believe?" Ardern relies, "Scotty from Marketing, I presume?". Below the artist's signature is the note 'with apologies to Sir David Low'.
