Digital cartoons by Jim Hubbard on political and social issues in New Zealand and internationally. Depicts two bulldogs. The first dog is labelled "COVID" and is shown as oversized and wearing a studded collar. The studs of the collar resemble protein spikes of a COVID molecule. The large dog is baring its teeth and snarling at the other dog. The second dog is labelled "GANGS", and is shown as a small scared puppy wearing black sunglasses.
