Cartoon depicts a person in a wheelchair, holding a child, saying "What's wrong, love?" to another person in an armchair who is reading a newspaper with headline 'Disabled groups told to stay home, stop having a life in order for unvaxxed to enjoy freedoms'. The person with the newspaper responds " Why is our safety seen as taking freedoms from others?".
