Digital cartoons by Mark Winter on political and social issues in New Zealand and internationally published in the Southland Times. Cartoon depicts two mosquitoes. One says "That one was a bit weird Marvin" and the other replies "Obviously inoculted [inoculated] with the ESL home fridge storage batch". This refers to the vaccination failures in Central Otago in June 2022 in which Engage Safety, the company at the centre of vaccination failures in Otago, did not have cold chain accreditation, leading to incorrect storage of vaccinations.
