Cartoon depicts Chinese President Xi Jinping and Solomon Islands Prime Minister Manasseh Sogavare standing on a beach holding wine glasses. Behind them, in the water, is an aircraft carrier. Xi says "If I'm going to be part of this chilled pacific lifestyle, I thought I'd better get a boat". To the right is a piece of paper signed by 'China' and 'Solomons'. In reference to the Solomon Islands signing a security agreement with China.
