Illustration by Toby Morris and Siouxsie Wiles on virus transmission during the COVID-19 pandemic in Aotearoa New Zealand. Illustration asks the question: “Prevalence: how common is COVID-19?” and shows two scenes. The first “More common = higher prevalence” scene shows a tram full of passengers passing through a high-density city containing high-rise buildings and is accompanied with the words “High density living, high community transmission, no or little lockdown”. The second “Less common = lower prevalence” scene shows low-density single dwellings and is accompanied with the words “Relatively low community transmission, physical distancing, lockdown.”
