Digital cartoon by Jim Hubbard on political and social issues in New Zealand and internationally. Cartoon shows two seagulls feeding in a seaside rubbish bin. A speech bubble depicts one of the seagulls as saying: "At last! I've been hanging out for a takeaway!" Cartoon references New Zealand’s move from Level 4 to Level 3, which created a large demand for takeaways.
