Brown record bag shows an illustration of the art deco building erected for Hamilton Nimmo in 1930, by Fletcher Construction, after the design of Francis Drummond Stewart. It shows the original tower on the corner of the building (removed in around 1942).
The text shows that Nimmo's ere agents for "Gulbransen" registering pianos, "Pianista" expression playing pianos, "Hamilton" pianos, "Brinsmead", "Spencer" and "Challen" pianos and Gors & Kallmann baby grand pianos.
