All images taken in the street in the Kilbirnie area during a summer holiday programme, part of which was a production of "Vargo's Circus" by theatrical group Red Mole, and a children's dress parade. [All related to photographs taken at Kilbirnie Park showing the same people.] An unidentified church is seen in the background in frames 1, 3, 5 & 6.] Children and adults are wearing fancy dress in frames 1 to 7 and 10 to 12. Two musicians from the group are seen in frame 2, one man with his bagpipes and the other with a drum bearing the sign "City of Wellington Lowland Pipe Band." Unless otherwise stated, all persons are unidentified. Photographs taken by Ans Westra.
