Description: All scenes taken in the vicinity of the Wellington Public Library in Mercer Street, except the first two in Cuba Street. Frame one shows a young woman lowering her baby into a pram in Cuba Street (scene following two others in section AW-1341 frames 11 and 12, which showed her starting to lower the child.) Frame two shows an older woman wearing a hat, sunglasses and strongly patterned jacket standing outside the Wellington Regional Planning Authority.
