Frame one shows a young woman lowering her baby into a pram in Cuba Street (scene following two others in section AW-1341 frames 11 and 12, which showed her starting to lower the child.) Frame two shows an older woman wearing a hat, sunglasses and strongly patterned jacket standing outside the Wellington Regional Planning Authority. Frames 3 to 5 show two men lying asleep on the grass beside a row of roses, a lavendar hedge along a white wall behind them. A group of young children are under a tree near the two men, R.
