Digital cartoon by Sharon Murdoch depicting Transport Minister Simon Bridges as the Fat Controller in children's' television series 'Thomas the Tank Engine'. Accompanying note from the cartoonist states: "Minister of Transport Simon Bridges tries to persuade KiwiRail not to release information that has been requested under the OIA. One of the reasons he gave was that it would be extremely uncomfortable for his office".
